Returns:
I hope you will be happy with your item and cherish it as it succumb to the wear and tear of living a full life.
If however if your item arrives and it is not what you expected, you may contact me to arrange a return with in 14 days of delivery and so they may arrive back within 30 days.
Cancellations :
I don’t accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have a problems with your order.
Exceptions:
Due to the nature of the item, custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
